PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Reney is a seasoned law enforcement and emergency preparedness professional with over three decades of experience. His expansive knowledge encompasses patrol functions, homeland security, and special events security planning in multi-agency settings. His track record includes the development and implementation of incident response plans and protocols, as well as emergency management plans and procedures such as the Incident Response Operations Plan and the Contingency Management Plan for the MassDOT Sumner Tunnel and I-90 Acceler8 Projects. Previously, Mr. Reney served as Executive Officer for the Massachusetts State Police Troop E, where he was second-in-command, overseeing all administrative and operational duties. His responsibilities extended to managing daily operations of 147 State Police Officers, twelve civilian staff, five facilities, and over 200 vehicles, with jurisdictional authority over U.S. Interstates 90 and 93 in Boston and all Turnpike properties and facilities.
