PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ms. Lombard is an operations and training professional with eleven years of military and twenty- one years of progressive public safety experience focused on contingency planning and emergency response, program management, leadership, and staff development. Ms. Lombard has broad security operations and emergency preparedness planning experience that includes the development and implementation of incident response plans and protocols, as well as emergency management plans and procedures. Previously, Ms. Lombard served as the AlliedBarton Regional Director for New England in charge of Training Operations and conducted and/or supervised over 100 annual and event security audits for AlliedBarton clients. In addition, Ms. Lombard is certified as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) through ASIS and is very familiar with DHS/FEMA guidance such as NIMS/ICS for emergency program management. Finally, Ms. Lombard is certified as a Firefighter, EMT, and Hazardous Materials Responder and serves annually as part of the Interagency Public Safety team that is integral to the preparation and implementation of the Boston Marathon.
